We offer shipping throughout Ireland and internationally.
* Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
* Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days.
* Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
* Free delivery within Ireland on orders over €50.
* Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If your parcel is lost during transit, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges paid.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
* Unused and unworn
* In their original packaging
* With all tags attached
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:* Sale and clearance items
* Jewellery
* Customized or altered products
* Traditional or festive items
For damaged jewellery claims, an unboxing video must be provided as evidence.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.Refunds
